Disclaimer

Disclaimer agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, Buzz Kingdom Clothing disclaims all conditions and warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. 
  Where the law implies a condition or warranty, and that law prohibits Buzz Kingdom Clothing from excluding or modifying liability under any such condition or warranty, that condition or warranty will be deemed included but shall be limited for a breach of that condition or warranty to the following:
i. Breach relates to goods:
– the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
– the repair of such goods;
– the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
– the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired/replaced.
ii. Breach relates to services:
– the supplying of the services again; or
– the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
